Here’s her story.
“Hello Everyone, I am so excited about Reflexology.
I am nearly finished my practicum with the Universal College of Reflexology and write my final exam in 2 weeks! I wanted to share this session with you.
My practicum client is blood type O and because of this has always donated blood. As a seasoned blood donor she knows that her blood runs a little bit slow and always takes her 15 to 20 minutes to complete. She came in for her first practicum Reflexology session, left here and donated blood a couple of hours after her visit with me.
Just 5 minutes into her donating of blood, the nurse checked on her and said “oh my, you are almost done”. My client responded “oh no, that is not possible.” To her amazement, she was done completely at 7 minutes.
Circulation is key, and this is proof that Reflexology increases circulation. I have had many other great things happen, but this one was solid. I wanted to share. Happy studying” -VM, Alberta, Canada

This is great anecdotal evidence, especially for diabetic clients whose blood flow can be compromised by their condition.
