Chronic Fatigue Relief

Did you know that approx 800,000 adults in the USA that have been seen by medical personnel and have exhibited symptoms of Chronic Fatigue Symptom(CFS). This number is twice the number of known Multiple Sclerosis sufferers.

CFS is also known as myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME) or chronic fatigue immune dysfunction syndrome (CFIDS), as it’s called in the United States.  No-one knows exactly what causes CFS.

CFS is a condition causing persistent fatigue that lasts for at least six months (or longer) and isn’t due to another medical condition.

Other symptoms include: mild fever – sore throat – tender neck with swollen lymph nodes – decreased ability to concentrate, muscle weakness and joint pain – headaches People are constantly exhausted and feel that their stamina is continuously low.

Reflexology and Reiki are two modalities that I have found extremely useful in assisting people with CFS.

Reflexology Testimonial by CFS client

I found Reflexology when nothing else was working. I was diagnosed with Post Viral Chronic Fatigue after a bout of Glandular Fever and I wasn’t getting any better.

A friend told me about reflexology.  I decided I had nothing to lose.  The treatment was good, I started to feel better and most importantly the Reflexologist was very Professional, listened and was empathetic to my condition and concerns. The result, I got more energy, I got back to work and I decided to train as a reflexologist.

The only thing I’d change is that I’d have gone to the Reflexologist as a first option rather than a last one.

Reiki Case Studies Results

23 case studies in the application of Reiki indicating a reduction in symptoms in people with ME (chronic fatigue syndrome) – 71% Reduction in Fatigue
