Years before becoming a Reflexologist, I was considered a world authority on retailing of airports. In this regard I lectured to Canadian municipal and international governments about the huge economic opportunities for them to cash in on via the bustling terminal activity in their huge lumps of airport real estate. One of my projects was consulting on the huge retail expansion to Vancouver’s airport.
Soon after becoming a Reflexologist I created a unique turn-key wellness devepment proposal which included a Reflexology Salon in the newly expanded Vancouver International airport. I presented this to our local Reflexology community. In my opinion it was a refreshing opportunity to put Reflexology on the map and create an excellent income stream for all participating Reflexologists. Imagine my shock when every one of the Reflexologists declared disinterest in this project. I am a merchant of success and nothing in my business background prepared me for such a complete lack of interest in such a great business opportunity. Later I discovered that Reflexologists for the most part struggled terribly with entrepreneurship and business acumen and for the most part preferred their Reflexology as more of a hobby than an actual business. Ever since I have been coaching Reflexologists on entrepreneurship. So today, over 15 years later, I was thrilled to read this wonderful testimonial about Airport Reflexology in Mumbai -
