Reflexology Relieves Holiday Stresses

Did you know that Christmas is typically one of the most stressful events of the year? Stress, anxiety and depression are common during the festive season.

Oh, the joys of Christmas shopping. Been to a shopping centre lately? Enjoy the crowds? Isn’t the rush and crush great? Of course, we all know exactly what to buy for everybody, don’t we? Parking is no problem and the weather is great. And those gifts are so easy to find for that ever growing circle of family and friends. And, no guilt feelings over the amount we are spending on these gifts.

Next, festive entertaining for family and friends. No problems here, all stress-free. Everybody gets along. It’s so much fun in the kitchen, cooking up a storm with the turkey and trimmings, veggies and desserts, egg-nogs and rum – spirits flying high! Too much to eat! Can Coffee Eliminate Diabetes?

Ever notice that what’s bad for you one day is really good for you another day and vice versa?  Take coffee and tea for instance.

Breaking news today is that if you drink coffee and tea, and they mean lots of it every day you may be saving yourself from Diabetes.  By the way did you know that Diabetes type II is already an epidemic here in North America.  In fact according to the Canadian Diabetes Association in Canada, today nearly one in four Canadians either has diabetes or prediabetes and it’s no wonder the cost of Diabetes is unpleasantly referred to as an “Economic Tsunami”.

Improve Golf with Reflexology

I know, mention golf and it’s all about Tiger Woods, well not today.  

I created a short list proving that golf is tailor-made for a successful Reflexology enterprise.  Consider that golf is a game played by young and old, male and female, healthy and challenged.  And, many golfers are ready, willing and able to pay nearly any price to improve their performance.  Reflexology just may help.
